Absolutely disgusting restaurant that deserves zero stars. A sign says that dining indoors is closed yet there are several tables with people inside eating. Drive thru took over 30 minutes and then the employee working the window is rolling his eyes when I asked for a drink carrier for 4 drinks and 3 frostys (apparently they don't have drink trays). After all that, then I get a burger with a bite taken out of it. NEVER GO HERE.

This Wendy's is horrible. Every time I have been here they are either out of 4 or 5 things even at lunch time. Considering this Wendy's is located in Biltmore village it should be in great running shape. They need to get new management or just shut down period. Not only is this a problem but the manager, and multiple employees of this Wendy's smoke pot. When Ive been through this drive thru I have smelled it coming from the drive thru window. I am very unpleased with the customer service and strongly suggest not to eat here!

Let me start by saying Ive eaten at many Wendy's. I'm from a small town in southern Indiana. This is hands down the BEST Wendy's I have encountered. They were so nice and the food was good good for what it is.

The grilled chicken sandwich is my favorite! I understand staffing has slowed the "fast-food" process, but I'd wait 15-20 minutes anytime for this healthier option at Wendy's. See you all again soon!
