I ordered thru mobile app and when I got to the store to pick-up, the drive-thru lady said they don’t have my order in the system and refused to serve me even though I had the receipt and already paid for my order. This is unacceptable.

Why is that everything off the menu is GREAT BUT, THE fries!!!!!!!! Taste old everyday, every night. Honestly doesn’t matter what time of day I order food your french fries taste old. Stop over making your french fries and cook them as the customer comes. Because as of now when I order my food it will be ordered fresh and hot and I will wait in your drive-through for four minutes for fresh french fries for a small!!

Food quality… I’d give zero stars. Large drinks are really medium size. Any regular food items are cold. Order a McChicken and it’s cooked up fresh. Drive thru service… I’d give that mid-day team 5 stars. The chubby kid at the pick up window is professional, friendly and fast and “in charge”. Give him a raise and promotion.
