People walking out because no one is at the register 2-3-18 at 1:30pm ....stood here for 15 minutes waiting on service....worst new McDonalds on Hendersonville Highway! I know the owner of this location and he has let the managers ruin the service!

I've had the same experience at that McDonald's, we won't go to that one anymore

Service is awful and they never get special orders right

Service is awful. They are very rude and slow

They often get your meal wrong... it's usually cold and the Fry's taste like they've been sitting there all day. This is why I always ask for no salt cuz they have to make a new batch. I've never been inside... only the drive thru and it always takes forever.
