Stopped in for lunch with my buddy and had a great meal inside. For a location on a busy road (Merrimon Ave); the service is spot on and staff are friendly. Also: they are working!!! It's fast food Wendy's fare and has never let me down as a local.

Awful slow man who works the drive through is a complete parrot yet still asks you a million times to repeat your order and while you are repeating it constantly interrupts you only to ask you your order again. Felt like an episode of punked smh FOOD COLD AND ORDER STILL WAS WRONG SMH

Had a delivery order and the manager refused to remake the order after they gave it away to the wrong customer. Manager was also incredibly rude and unprofessional. Thankfully delivery app paid for the order after they contacted the manager and witnessed her unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to fix her own mistake.

Very dissatisfied with my visit to this wendys. waited in the drive through for at least 20 minutes. My chicken sandwich was cold and when I asked for a new one, the employee at the window, was extremely rude to me. I think his name was aidan. I did get my new sandwich but when I drove away and looked at it looked like someone had spit in it!!!! I will never be coming back to this wendy’s or any other wendy’s ever again.
