I stopped by to get something quick to eat and a coffee before work. I was asked to pull forward and wait while they prepped the egg and sausage. No big deal. I had plenty of time. Nine minutes later I only had a black coffee and no food or receipt and was going to be late to work. Against my hunger, I decided to leave even though my meal was paid for. On the way to work I called to ask about getting a refund. I told them I was just pulling into the parking lot at work, two minutes after I was to have clocked in and wanted to know if the meal could get refunded. She asked if I had my receipt. I said no because it was never given to me but I could tell her the time I paid and the last four of my card number. She told me they could get me my food if I had a receipt and I said “No you can’t because I’m at work. I said I was now late since it took nine minutes.” She told me it takes about six minutes for the sausage too cook. Which still meant three minutes later I was still without. No refund. No food. A $6.20 BLACK coffee. 👎🏼

I stopped through drive thru today around 1:10pm. The lady on the headset was super sweet, and the pregnant woman in the window was as well. They were super short staffed today and my experience was amazing, and super quick! The food was nice and hot too. Go job ladies keep up the good work!

Wendy’s has the best apple pecan salad. When I work the weekend I usually get a total of two. I buy them on different days. Sometimes I’m in and out quick. Other days they might only have two people working. Same that businesses are not paying a hire wage with benefits. Then they might have some help, instead of pocketing the money for themselves!

This place is terrible. Every time I come here there is an issue. Today I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes (I was the only person in line) and nobody acknowledged that I was there. So I pull around and the two employees are arguing in the window. And acted like I was interrupting their conversation by being a customer. I know this is fast food and can’t expect much but come on? After finally placing my order I sat at the window for 15 more minutes waiting on my food. Over a half hour for “fast food” I think I’ll just go somewhere else.
