While on a road trip my phone quit and I went here to replace it. The salesman was very rude when I bought a cheaper brand then he suggested. I paid for the phone and a 40$ set up charge. He then left for lunch without setting up the phone and I had to wait 50 minutes for him to come bach. He obviously was not paying attention to what he was doing so I asked him if he got everything. He told me he got almost everything. When I asked him about the rest he said he got everything. 300 miles down the road, I noticed I had no voicemail or e-mail. I called the store and was given a central operator who said she could not help me because individual stores do not answer their phone and I should make the 600 mile tound trip to return it.

Martino, very knowledgeable. However Best Buy force their employees to sell you all this other behind the scenes stuff that it kills whatever good cozy feelings you may have for your salesperson. It makes you look at them as being pushy and overbearing. Martino is a nice guy, his company's policy made him look like a over zealous salesperson. Wish you the best Martino.

I love Best Buy but this recent experience rubbed me the wrong way.. It's not this stores fault but there "Price Match Guarantee" is a GENUINE LIE.. I bought a MSI 3060Ti GPU and found a cheaper price from the manufacturer website and they wouldn't honor it. I was told "IT HAS TO BE IN STOCK" when everyone in the GPU space knows these cards are NEVER IN STOCK.. When I asked why I was told "Thats how we verify the price" as if the price pictured on the manufacturers website isn't VALID PROOF of the cost.. That's a completely BS policy..

Best Buy has several different kinds of CD players. Home Stereos, comluter components, car stereos, home theater. Lots of good options!
You will want to contact Best Buy direct at the store if you have a rewards card to look it up. If not, call the 800 number and have corporate research the credit card,/debit card you used for a duplicate receipt.
I was in there about 2 weeks ago and they were open and installing car stereo equipment

If you order is ready just Drive to the parking lot on pu area Then call the store give them the confirmation number they send you wait on you car and they will bringing it to you Hope this helps 😊 ☺

If you look on google maps for the store they usually have a graft showing high & low times.
They have them in their showroom but you will have to check the particular model to see if it is in stock.
I would speak with the agent again and have the charge reversed or better yet, contact your bank and dispute this charge.

Later this month this store will become an Apple Authorized repair center.
They have an extended return policy at Christmas time which is on all purchases made in November and December. You have until January 12, 2019. Normally any device that is activated you have only 14 day from date of purchase. Also if you are a Best Buy elite member you have 45 days to return, excluding activated devices. This info was taken from Best Buy's website. If you have no receipt you will have to show ID. If the item is open you can still return but they do a thorough job checking the returned item over.
They range from $45 (on sale) to several hundred dollars.
It would be best to call the store and get a price quote.

If your laptop is elligible for trade in.
Typical return policy is 15 days. Elite members get 30 days, Elite Plus get 45. If you're beyond the return policy, contact the manufacturer. I doubt Best Buy carries any products without at least a 1 year warranty.
The Geek Squad goes all over. I would call and get a price quote before I asked them to come.
