My review and rating is for the STAR smog station at this establishment. The Smog Station operator is really good at what he does. He is courteous throughout, and helpful with suggestions based on the outcome of the smog test. He doesn’t charge any more than what is required. Those who complain about extra fees, don’t realize that depending on the age and type of vehicle, Smog testing fees change. Older and larger vehicles have additional fees, due to additional testing. I highly recommend this place for your STAR smog testing needs. If you are into price shopping, this place offers a small discount through ValPack and a free car wash too. Please ensure that you mention/show the coupon to the operator while he takes down your order.

I came by for the air and it wasn't activated twice. On the third time I was asking, the owner (in fact, not sure if he is the owner. 5'6''ish, at his 60s with an Indian accent.) literally yelled at me. He finally followed me outside with the remote, continuing to yell and almost curse. I was a little shocked but didn't respond back immediately. It was finally activated on the third attempt. I know how the air works, and it wasn't activated at the first two attempts. If it's activated, anybody would know it's activated. Come on. It's just obvious. If somebody really has to yell, he should be the last. As he saw me returning to the counter, he immediately was getting ready for another verbal attack, saying "WHAT!!" looking straight into my eyes with a frowning face. I told him that he doesn't want to yell at the customer like that. And it's just obvious that it wasn't activated, I've been at this gas station for the air for a couple of times already. He said, okay. Well, that was it. I thought of demanding an apology, but not wasting any more second with this rude human being was more important. What a horrible experience. Life is too short to be ruined by this type of fools. Not coming to this gas station ever.

I LOVE the self service car wash. I take towels and wipe down my doors and trunk for a super clean result. Costs 1/3 the $27.00,cost of my local car wash, and takes only minutes. Gas is well priced.
