Fresh air, nice trails, and (now) the water is coming back! Fee parking in the lot.

Stevens Creek Reservoir is a beautiful place. When the reservoir has enough water you can take your canoes and kayak in the reservoir. Ample parking available in the big parking lot. You can even get down to the water and relax near the same in the banks. Unfortunately the water level in the reservoir has dropped drastically in last couple of years and one can now see the bottom of the reservoir. A serene and beautiful place for a quiet afternoon. Lots of trails around the reservoir for a hike.

Not widely trafficked, good amount of shade, wide trail. Went hunting as a solo woman and felt safe. I say a snake though, very scary.

I just read their entire website and they close at sunset non powerboating is closed as of October 15th but I don't think they allow that anyway because I went fishing there a couple of months ago and all voting is closed due to the zebra mussel infestation but to answer your question no no camping
