Good supermarket,has a great small selection of Japanese candies and snacks! My favorite is the Umaibos which this store sells cheaper than Amazon pricing!Also wanted to try sushi but seems like there’s not much left in the afternoon.So for that I recommend probably around lunch time.

I love this Japanese supermarket. The shopping center is clean and nice instructions. The staffs are nice and patient for helping you. I like visiting here on the weekends for the fresh onigiri and bentos. You can also find interesting foods here!

What a cute Japanese market! They have the same penguin mascot at Tokyo Central in West Covina... so I wonder if they're sister stores? Lots of selection! There's prepared deli food (onigiri, rice bowls, sushi, etc.), bakery goods, lots of produce, some snacks, and OF COURSE lots of good quality meat! Great spot to find some shabu shabu ingredients. I especially loved that EVERY item was labeled, priced, and had a description! So detailed and easy to find exactly what you are looking for. They were out of stock of a lot things on a Sunday afternoon. Pretty sad selection of sashimi, not too many snacks, lots of bottled drinks were out of stock, etc.

My favorite Japanese Supermarket in the Bay Area! So glad they came to the Bay Area! I only heard of them when I was back in Hawaii. Honestly they got the best prices in town when it comes to fresh sushi or even beef... Love it!!
