VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES. STAY AWAY!! I called to schedule a tire to repair they said just come in. We dropped off the car and came home after 1 hour they gave us a call saying they can not repair the tire and they told us that all 4 tires need to be replaced. It was the trap to just get us in to sell us 4 tires. 3 of the 4 tires are in perfect condition that they do not need to be replaced. They wasted half of our day with their greedy plans. Plus when I went to pick up my car the tire was flat, they did not even bother to pump some air so I could make it home.

Brought my mother's tire in to be patched when it picked up a nail. Was told it would be about an hour. 3 hours later I call and am told they could not patch the tire because the tread was too low. No way I thought. Because my mother is old school she had all the records for the tires and quickly determined they were 60K tires and had 12K miles on them. So still a very young tire. I was told I'd have to buy a new tire, so I just went to retrieve the tire. When I walked in to get the tire, the Goodyear person was on the phone telling another customer the same exact thing, couldn't do the work because the tread was too low. Something stinks at this place. Maybe pushing people to get new tires they don't need, or just don't want to do the work. In the end I went to a gas station down the street who agreed the tire was very good, patched it in under 5 minutes, and charged me less Goodyear was going to charge me. Needless to say, Goodyear has lost a family of longtime customers today.

Very helpful service at this location, I usually go to another but I have decided to switch home stores. I only came her to the cupertino store because it was convenient today. But I will be back to this store. The customer service was exceptional. She helped me out even when she didn't have to. Great job!

I am going to this place since 2004. I recently took my car on April 9th, 2022 for an Oil change and the lady working on the front desk was rude and very abusive. I thought of walking out this place and stayed back only since I was going there since 18 years. I requested the internet special for oil change which was $ 72.99 and provided the copy of the oil change special/she refused to validate that special since it is internet special validated only if make the oil change appointment through internet. When I pick picked up the car my front head light was broken. Don't take your CAR here. This lady who works on Saturday is unprofessional and they damage the car and don't tell you. Never take your CAR here and waste your time. I started taking my all 4 family CARs to other place.
