Greedy poor quality service. When you ask for harder massage, the therapist wants to say another $15 for that. At the end of the session, the grumpy old lady practically blocks you on your way out saying the tip must be $20 and that a $10 tip isn't enough. Tips are for excellent service, not demanded. This business is highway robbery! NEVER come here unless you want poor service and to be ROBBED and falsely imprisoned at the end on your way out.

I can’t remember last time I relaxed into a massage this much. I will definitely ask for Amber next time, too; she showed a natural affinity both to comfortable silence, and both reading and working with skin, muscle, tissue, tense or not, that inspired cooperation and the soothing surrender of being in good hands.

Place is clean and well lit as previous reviewers stated. I gave a 10% tip for services rendered. As I was leaving they asked nicely to give 22% tip on top of the cash tip. I refused and then the front desk clerk took out my receipt and insisted a 22% tip. I refused and then someone from the shop walked in and both the desk clerk and massage person got quiet and I left. I tip accordingly for services rendered. Not get strong armed after a relaxing massage. I left more tensed. It’s a shame. I kind of liked that place.
