I Reserve at TA's quite often. This was the worst.Made a reservation....they have 2 spaces reserved for my one truck. Night manager Vicky was extremely rude to the point that 4 of the employees actually apologized for her behavior and one said everyone has trouble with that one while shakin their head. Restaurants all closed (expected). All the hot food in store was still cooking. I was told the ultra one machine was put of paper when I approached it to get a shower....tbat I would have to wait until the manager(Vicky)put new paper in but that she should be on her way since she had already been told. 20 minutes later ....still waiting. When she did finally come there.....VERY RUDE. Staying at flying J tomorrow. I'll have to think twice about TA until they get the glitch in the reservit app fixed if I have to deal with rude managers like Vicky when I get double booked.
