We love this hotel! Pet friendly, helpful and kind staff, good breakfast, super clean rooms! We have been staying at this hotel when we travel from the west to east coast for 3 years now. It's always just for 1 night but I've never been upset about the service or cleanliness. Great hotel!

Pet friendly but the pet room they gave us was really smelly, and the AC didn’t work as well. Had it on high and at the coldest temperature and was still musty inside. Also no elevators so carrying luggage up to the second floor was a little cumbersome and the hallways were uncomfortably warm. The hotel has a grassy area for dogs but is just a thin plot of green grass on each side of the hotel. Paid $140 per night, for that price I expected a lot better. It took me 4 tries to get someone on the phone to confirm online reservation and pet policy. Pet fee is $20. They have breakfast with a waffle maker, friendly staff and pool was clean with 3ft depth.

The room was super clean and smelled good when we got there. Comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, and desk. The pool was so nice and clean, our kids loved it. The front desk staff was amazing, Melissa was very sweet and helpful at check in. Breakfast was good as well. It's right off the highway, lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. A few miles from Cadillac Ranch, it's a must see. Overall great experience!!

The Best Western Santa Fe was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. After 11 hours of driving and facing 2 more days of the same, we were ready to rest and relax and were counting on some good sleep and getting up to a good breakfast. The Best Western Santa Fe delivered on all counts. We used the pre-check in, so we were checked in and in our room in minutes which we really appreciated. Our room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.
