Pros- breakfast was good and beds were comfortable and the room by all appearances looked clean, but... Cons- the room majorly stunk like big stinky dog. Apparently every single room is pet friendly, just FYI. As a result of this pet friendly on all levels, the hallway also had numerous pee stains and didn't smell so good either. The fella from the front desk (nice to us) had some friends come and swim (cool, nice perk), but they were all vaping inside- not cool. Also, luckily we were too tired, but the TV would not even turn on.

I’ve stayed 209 night in Hilton properties since 1 Oct21. I travel a lot. This property is average at best so far for a what I usually experience with Home 2. I’d like to start by saying the young lady at The desk is top notch and nothing less than great. Now- one lamp was half destroyed and hanging by a thread off of the head board. The headboard was all torn up (looked like a dog scratched it up. It smelled strong of dog. I’m a dog lover and owner, but have dedicated rooms for pets and let people without pets have the untainted rooms! No fan in the shower. Bathroom in general was “eh”. Dirty corners in shower and floor. Like dirty as in just skipped over when cleaned for many many cleanings. Lock didn’t work and the door was off track. Dishwasher was dislodged and tilted back. I didn’t use it but I bet it leaks from that angle. The carpets in the room were stained but the carpet in the hall were awful stained. There was a sign on the hotel that said “Now Open”. I assumed it was newer. Not sure how old it is but it was generally ragged out in my room and on my floor. Last thing is the noise from the room obo e is unreal loud. Just walking around. Not even abnormal behavior noise. Very loud in general from the hall as well. I’m Being pretty nit picky but I see much better home 2 suites where I’ve been and I travel a ton. Let me add the shower head is the worst. Even my 7 year old noticed that. Also they placed a smoke or other type of detector on the ceiling center of the room that flashed ALL night. As far as Home2 goes it was just a real disappointment. Pool area and hot tub looked fantastic. Breakfast was nice and the ladies serving were first class! I prefer self serve but I understand what they are doing.

Loved this hotel stay! I’ve stayed at many Hilton owned properties because I used to work for a Hampton inn and this hotel was great! I loved the pool although we only got about 45 minutes in it once we arrived. Breakfast was good with lots of options and the gals serving the complimentary items were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The gentleman upfront I believe Paul was his name but honestly could be making that up haha. He was super welcoming on the phone and when we arrived and was very polite. The incidentals fee was very reasonable and I would stay here again and recommend to anyone needing a hotel in Amarillo :) Thank you!

The staff was amazing! The room was amazing, it was so clean and I had mo idea the rooms all are equipped with a large fridge, full size microwave and a dishwasher. The living space was very large. The breakfast was awesome and made to order, many different types of beverages to choose from. Pool and hot tub looked awesome but did not get a chance to use them. We did not want to leave. Definitely will try to stay at a Home2 Suites each time we travel. Thanks again to the amazing staff because if it were not for them travelers would not have amazing stays!! 😊

Yes and coins I believe. Call the front desk, or Google the facility. They list the amenities.
No, there are not safes in the room. However, we have lockboxes in the office.
We had a king bed and also had a sofa that pulled out to make a couch. There was a curtain between the two.
