I don’t know if I just keep getting the same lady or what, but every time I have had to interact with people at this pharmacy I have gotten attitude from the get-go. Just super rude employees who don’t have any interest in being pleasant. I’ve moved my prescriptions to a further away, local pharmacy and it’s delightful.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, they already had my card and ID and then told me they had decided to take lunch and I would need to come back later. I actually had to ask for my card/ID back. Will be so happy when I never have to use them again.

Cashier up front has one person to check out, pharmacy too busy checking out everyone else. Wait time ridiculous in store and drive up. Never again will I go to this location.

Driving cross country with family. We made sure to refill prescription in advance. Followed all protocols. Specifically todays visit, Pharmacist Taylor, name she gave me, has made us drive thru multiple times to refil a perscription. We had to wait an hour. Complete waste of our time. Delayed an hour getting on road. We still have to follow up this prescription with a Walgreens store at our final destination. It appears because there was no insurance in file, they did not complete our order even though we received an automatic call from Walgreens stating it was filled. Appears to be biased toward our group member who chose to not use her insurance and use coupon code. It should not be that difficult. This is not the first time this happened to my family member. Unacceptable.
