Bean Dar
Incredibly and laughably rude

Beyond slow. On a Monday at 3pm they only have one person working license plates and one person working driver’s license. The license plate lady is quicker than the driver’s license guy. Ridiculous. Sign in and come back when ready. 1.5 to get a state ID.

I’ve come to this location a couple times and I dread it. The staff is so unfriendly, no one ever answers the phone. Today I only had the chance to walk in the door and was greeted by “I can help you! Oh nevermind you have to hang up your phone before you sit down in front of me.” This was an old woman with assisted breathing tubes. I wasn’t even heading in that woman’s direction I was walking to the seated area. Unfortunately the same rude woman ended up being the person that I ended up talking to about the service I needed. And for someone that demanded undivided attention from people that walk in the door so quickly, she didn’t even pay attention to a word I said about what I needed.

I was served by Renee who was most helpful and efficient and polite. They are short-staffed. Only had 2 workers. Claimed it was difficult to hire people. But both employees at this location today were very helpful and informative and efficient. They guided me through the whole process. While we were waiting for them to open the doors I saw both ladies sanitizing and disinfecting the place. It was a clean environment. Well maintained. And very orderly. They offered great service, beyond expectations. They are so dedicated and organized. True Public Servants! Kudos and many Thanks!!!

Most DOR License offices do not have a reservation line although the City of Saint Louis, MO does. They post signs at the entrance steps with the number and procedural instructions for entry into the building.
You come up to the dmv physically, get a ticket and wait for your number to be called.....
Yes, they do but there is an extra fees for it.
You need a piece of mail showing your name and current mailing address and your current license.
I just did this... You need a couple forms of ID and proof of your new address, like a utility bill. https://dor.mo.gov/drivers/checklist.php
Hello, No we aren't a testing station. The locations are listed under: Highway Patrol testing stations.
You will need your personal property receipt(s), the bill of sale, the title (which has been signed over to you) and cash or a check. You xan use a credit card, but they will add a fee.
If you're needing to renew your drivers license, you need to bring your current license and proof of your residence. If you received the reminder card in the mail you can use that. If you don't have that card, bring in a utility bill or bank statement, etc. We just need to be able to verify your mailing address.
The website is called QLess.
Yeah, it is a DMV
Make sure you have two paper copies of current bills or bank statements. It is similar to getting a driver's license
Place police report.
No
Yes, but you will still have to wait. They only have 2 employees working and apparently management don't care. Even when there are 24 customers waiting.
yes
You cannot renew online any longer.
You need your ID, your insurance, your property tax receipt and your license renewal form. Was just there, no one in line!
Call Rachael at the SCBranch
You sign in when you enter. They then call your name when it's your turn.
Proof of paying personal property taxes, applicable inspections, sales tax $, proof of insurance
I believe you can make an appointment through the qless app, you are otherwise able to check in from afar and head up closer to time.
What's the reason you need it? If it's lost, you'll need to visit any DMV and fill out a form.
Once you get that info it would be easy to steal that person's identity.
If it expires it is no longer a valed id and should be replace right away
If you go on Missouri Department of Revenue, the information you seek is on the site.
Can do it there as long as property tax is paid
No. Must be an actual physicall address, home or business.
Yes, those are basically a reminder. You just have to have all the required documents, like proof of insurance, and any inspections needed. You can even show P of I on your phone and they will look up your Personal Property Receipt. It has gotten easier and this is a great office with friendly, helpful people.
They are open every Saturday but do not know about the day after Thanksgiving.
If you go above the standard 12,000 pound weight plate, then you will only have 1 plate.
I'm not sure if I understand your question. However, our office does not charge any fees to process your transactions. However, if you use a credit/debit card the vendor does charge user fees. If the total amount is $0,00-50.00 the fee is $1.25. For amounts $50.01-$75.00 the fee is $1.75. And for $75.01-100.00 it charges $2.15. If your total transaction is $100.01 - higher, the total fee is 2.15% of your total amount. If you pay with a check or cash there are no fees assessed. I hope this helps you out.
Check it out on their website
Sorry! I don't know why it put seller in all caps! Lol
$11 dollars. Bring in proof of your address and a birth certificate or passport and either bring your social security card or be able to recite it from memory and we'll be able to replace it for you.
Take a look at https://dor.mo.gov/drivers/idrequirements.php
They will tell you the total when you are there.
Yes. You will need to do an inspection. And if you don't pay personal property taxes for any other vehicles, boats, trailers, etc, you will need to get personal property tax waiver in your own name in order to get plates.
You need to bring your out of state driver license, a birth certificate or passport, your ss card, and a piece of mail with your current address.
Your Drivers License, a recent inspection of the vehicle, the title you are wanting to transfer/bill of sale. You may need a personal property waiver, only if you haven't owned a vehicle in the last couple of years.
You need to have your current license and a piece of mail showing your current address. (Utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, etc)
They have a computer and a pad with a touch screen on the left when you walk in. It's super easy and quick to use for signing in.
Yes, as long as you have the necessary documents, you can use any license office in Missouri
If you have gotten another vehicle to replace your totaled one, just bring in your plates that were messed up whenever you come in to title your new vehicle. We can replace them with the same month/expiration that you had. Usually, the cost for replacing them is $3.50.
Congratulations! You'll need your personal property tax receipt(s) - last 2 years if going for a two year license, your proof of insurance, the bill of sale from the dealership and a check or debit card (but there is a fee for using debit or credit cards)
You just need to bring in your expired license and proof of your residence. Do not let your expired license go for longer than 6 months or you will have to take your written and skills test again.
The 3 yr license fee is for people who are 70+ years old. The 6 yr license is if you're under 70 yrs old. There is also an intermediate license for drivers she 16-21. You can see more info about each if you visit DOR.MO.GOV
Call Jefferson City...
No. We don't.
It depends on what year your vehicle is. If you have an even year vehicle then it would be eligible for a 2 yr sticker through 2020. If it's an odd year vehicle, it would only be eligible for 1 yr through 2019. If you just bought your vehicle last year and transferred your plates, did you go from An even yr vehicle to an odd year vehicle? That may be why you only had a sticker for 1 yr also. It will be eligible for 2 years next year again.
If you would like to renew your drivers license, you need to bring in your current license, and proof of your address, like a utility bill, bank statement, etc. If you hold a CDL license, you need to also bring in a birth certificate or passport.
Yes
Just have her come in and bring the VIN number of the vehicle and we can get a duplicate title for her. It is a notarized document so she'll need her I.D. also.
No, they give them at the Deer Creek DMV office off Laclede Station Rd
Yes
