Your Drivers License, a recent inspection of the vehicle, the title you are wanting to transfer/bill of sale. You may need a personal property waiver, only if you haven't owned a vehicle in the last couple of years.
In order to get a temp tag, you need to show proof of insurance and a passing safety inspection. You can only get one within 30 days from date you purchased the vehicle. So you'll need a bill of sale or the title also.
