I feel these people help who they want they don’t answer the phone they denie people who really need help . Saint Louis Is Terrible They have all these funds but quickly to ask for more information when you gave them everything what was asked . If they have all these donations and fund why is help unavailable. Because they are stealing and giving it to their family I think an investigation need to happen it’s plenty of people that need help I don’t understand

Very good at providing services to the community. They always make sure you have what you need.

If you're disabled you can call Metro-CALL-A-RIDE to drive you there. Also, you can call (314)863-0015 and press 0 for the operator and let them know what's going on (you may have to try this multiple times as they are very busy), you may also visit their website CAASTLC.org
CAASTLC (314)863-0015
Monday-Thursday!... It's best to be there when they open 8am
I need $900 dollars to help with rent
Caastl 2709 Woodson rd
If they've helped with past utilities, they help the disability first and then others in need before people they've already helped. . It's really for emergency of disconnections, not a way of living some people consider it to be.
Yes they do. Visit CAASTLC.org or call (314)863-0015 for more information and how to apply
Keep calling back, either leave a message for the energy assistance department or press 0 to speak with a operator. (314)863-0015
The bill, copies of Socail security cards, ID and copies of income. They do not make copies there. You have to make your own copies.

I keep getting the same. You may have to take a trip over there I plan too..
Disconnection notice if you are at risk. Your account numbers, if you are receiving some type of assistance, proof of that, ssn, proofs of others in household. But always call before going, sometimes they change policies on what to bring in.
Don't know. Never fax anything to them.
Paid your bill863-0015
They paid mine in a week
It all depends on how much your disconnect notice is
I don't know the process
whats the hotline # to check status of your application
No
No u can call for it or if u have kids in school the school can help
They have a special number u have to call it's on a recording
If they need something else from you they will send it in a letter in the mail. And u can Google them get the number and call or call whoever you needed the pledge for and simply ask do they see a pledge yet
Yes u can. Jus have to turn in the proper documents
Call their number. It's an automated system that will look it up for you
Call them. They are very helpful
No
Yes. Just go on the days they are doing it. Make sure to get there kind of early during the time frames. And if it's your first time, you'll have to fill out the application as they will have it attached to a clipboard. But, you'll get food the same day as they are usually already outside underneath the tent waiting as you pull up.
Every agency is different, depending on funding priorities. They are good with utility assistance.
Yes
No, you need to make copies before you get there. There's a St. Louis County Library on Midland not far from there where you can make copies.
I think so and call churches in area and 211
I believe so but the last time I heard funds are getting very low
This all depends on what services tour seeking or have applied for.
You have to call them leave a message and they will call you back
You will never get a answer. You can ask your gas company. Are just go in to office
314- 863-0015
Good day. You will need ID, social security cards 4 all household members & income 4 the food pantry. We help with an array of programs i.e. utilities, employment, healthcare, credit counseling, case mgmt but we do not help with filing taxes.
I think November 1st if you're not a senior citizen or disabled.
They don't have any more funds for that but keep calling them
Sometimes it takes a month. Other times may be less or more. It depends on how many applications they have to process.
