If you're disabled you can call Metro-CALL-A-RIDE to drive you there. Also, you can call (314)863-0015 and press 0 for the operator and let them know what's going on (you may have to try this multiple times as they are very busy), you may also visit their website CAASTLC.org

Go on line you'll get a quicker response CAASTLCO

Find someone that can move around or drive representing you. Have that representative go to office and file the paperwork for you.
