The 3 yr license fee is for people who are 70+ years old. The 6 yr license is if you're under 70 yrs old. There is also an intermediate license for drivers she 16-21. You can see more info about each if you visit DOR.MO.GOV
Show proof of your name, date/place of birth, Social Security number, and MO residency. Pass the written permit test and driving tests. Pay the class F driver's license fee: $10for 3 years OR $20 for 6 years.
