I have no issues with the shop itself and I haven't actually been there yet . It's the website that I'm unhappy with. The appointment calendar should accurately reflect availability. When I made an appointment, it appeared as though I could choose any time that week. I chose the end of the day to get new tires and an alignment. I had no idea how long it would take, but later was told there was no way they could do it so late in the day. Naturally, I then asked for an appropriate slot, but was told they were booked solid for at least a week. Why then does the website allow me to "schedule" for any time/day and for any service? This isn't fair to the employees or the customers. All this does is create a negative first encounter. The shop was forced to cancel my prefered appointment, but what's more is then they're made to look like liars when they say they're full while online it shows the schedule is wide open. I can't imagine how awful it must be for the employees to have to deal with soured customers over this on a regular basis.

5 stars to zero stars. Made an appointment, that didn't happen because the manager didn't do his job. Typical. Sad to say I will never use them again. Not worth my time or money. They may do good work but ill never know. Don't recommend wasting time with this one.

I had a screw in my tire and I didn't know if I needed a new tire or if it could be repaired. When I got there, the gentleman at the counter told me it would be several hours and I asked if I could take a photo of the object in my tire and have them take a look and he said yes. He had a look at the picture and said that it could be repaired, I was thrilled. He then came out to my car with a spray bottle and a rag took a look at it, asked me if it had leaked at all I said no, sprayed the spray on it said it look like it had not been leaking, proceeded to pull the a screw out and determined that there was no hole in my tire! He handed me the screw and said you're free to go. At which point I started to cry. You see this was a brand new car and I was driving it home from the dealer and found the object in my tire when I got home. I'm sure a new tire would've been a good $400. I am so grateful to this gentleman and to FIRESTONE for helping me on this evening. And for taking the time when they were so busy to help me. I really, truly felt blessed. And I can say unequivocably that I would go back!

I called them in the morning after my car had broken down to ensure that they would take my vehicle. I was told yes. I waited 4 hours after I had gotten off of work for a tow truck and $150 later I got it to Firestone. I walked into their store just to be given an attitude about how they don’t take hybrid vehicles for larger problems and the man who spoke with me looked at me and said “better catch your tow truck driver before he unhooks your car and leaves” with an absolutely awful attitude. Not upset that the woman in the morning told me yes, not everyone has all the knowledge… but the man who I spoke to in person was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I then proceeded to call the next morning for a manager and he basically said “sorry, hope you come back so we can make it up to you.” Really upsetting to see such awful customer service.
