Mike M. was really helpful. We knew what we wanted and he got us setup and out the door pretty fast. He also helped us buy a futon that gave us 15% off and basically the futon was 50 dollars. Also gave his personal phone number so if we have any problems we can contact him directly. It was a win win for us and I would definitely go here again.

Had what we wanted,, but we didn't buy because... "Bait and Switch" tactics! Kept pushing "Financing" when we wanted to pay cash. Too pushy like an old fashioned car dealership, followed us around like a dog snapping at our heals, and the price was always much higher than was what shown on their own furniture!!

I had an AMAZING experience with Ashley!! From beginning to end I had excellent customer service! My salesperson at the Fairfield store was Agnes. She was very engaging, helpful and created a fun experience. I purchased beds for work as a Program Coordinator for Yellow Roof Foundation. We are building homes for homeless and housing insecure women and children. I needed 8 beds and foundations. The manager, Henry was very generous with the discount to allow us to save money and give our families a comfortable night's sleep that they haven't experienced in a long time. We are very grateful to also know about your philanthropy in the community. Assistant manager, Daisy assisted us to apply for beds for our next community in 2023. I hope we will be accepted to assist us to continue to affordably provide housing for a place for our families to call home!! With heartfelt THANKS and GRATITUDE we appreciate Ashley and these wonderful employees...Agnes, Henry and Daisy for their great customer service and consideration for families in need!!! Thank you!!!!

First of all I must say my opinion may be a little bit biased being that I am an Ashley salesperson. There are some mixed reviews but it seems when people are happy with their experience it is because everything went smoothly and when people are angry it’s because everything for them went wrong. I guess a mediocre experience wouldn’t warrant a review. Other than to say most of the issues people have are out of our control, I won’t make excuses for the reviews people had who were unhappy. I will speak of my experience. I ordered an adjustable base and bed. I scheduled my delivery for the end of the month because I know I need to clean and clear out space. About 4 days ago I received an email in my junk mail from Ashley’s that said I can receive an earlier delivery if I chose. I decided what the heck and chose today 7/9/21. PLEASE CHECK SPAM OR JUNK MAIL WHEN ORDERING OR YOU COULD MISS IMPORTANT INFORMATION! 2 days prior I got an email reminding me of my delivery and to be on the look out for a text or phone call to confirm. Yesterday I got a text to confirm and I replied yes. This morning before 8AM I received a text reminding me again that my delivery was today and that I could track my driver. I received a text when my driver was 10 minutes away, I then received a phone call from my driver Julio who let me know he was 3 minutes away. Upon arrival Julio was in good spirits and his partner had my furniture up and they were finished within 25 minutes. They made sure I knew my base was working and gave me time to make sure there were no damages before signing. I’m really sorry for those of you who have had bad experiences but mine was amazing! He didn’t know I was an employee until the end, so Julio was just that awesome!
