Our cat was constipated and hadn’t seen a vet in a while so my boyfriend and myself weren’t too sure where to go. The vets we tried to get appointments with were booked out but luckily SPEC helped us right away. Our cat had to stay overnight but was seen almost immediately after arriving and we got him back the next night. They explained the procedures that had to be done and gave us a good range of estimated prices. We knew coming in that it wouldn’t be cheap but I don’t blame them for those prices after seeing the sheer volume of people and pets coming in and out. Even with the influx of patients, SPEC still gave us the time of day and took great care of our cat. 10/10 would recommend💙

Amazing experience. The whole team from front desk to the vet was professional and kind. The front desk handles everyone so well and keeps everyone calm. I was there for 12 hrs and saw and heard everything on a sat am. And this team and clinic is amazing. They all deserve a raise. Thank you to the Vet who friend my dogs abscess and helping us out when no one would for 2 weeks. Not even Davis. So thank you again!! Your patience and hard work is not over looked:)

Simply stated, the hospital is a great resource for our area, and I, like many others I'm sure, am grateful they are here and thank them for treating all of the animals they see daily. The care is great, facility fine, all is well, but there's one office person/technician who works the front desk who should NOT be doing so. She was awful, to be honest. Not helpful, short, rude, pushy, demanding, and has complete lack of empathy--trust me, no one coming to the hospital, wants to be! It means there's a big problem. Outside of this person and her representation of the hospital, I would rate 5-stars. The two Vets and other technicians I engaged with, were all outstanding. I thank them, immensely!

We took our cat Cuddles here because she stopped eating and drinking, and started gagging and drooling badly... all they did was give her fluids and overcharge for some anti nausea medication... as she could not even swallow the medicine we went elsewhere, where we found out that she had an intestinal blockage and her stomach was full of gas... we didn’t have the money for her surgery so we unfortunately had to put her down 🥺🥺🥺 my husband was heartbroken... in tears..! We had to scrape for money to pay for everything.. we would have had the money for her procedure if it hadn't been spent at this place 🙄 Trust me I'm not the only one that had had a bad experience here!

I gave my dog steak and mac and cheese just before we put him down. I wanted him to have a really good last meal that he would enjoy. It's just an injection so I don't think it matters. Good luck to you.
Yes
If you can't get an appointment with your vet as soon as you would like. I would recommend checking in, if it is something you think needs to be addressed quickly. it might take a while to be seen. As they take priority to the most urgent matters, but you will be seen. I went in the other day because my vet was closed, and my dog was experiencing signs of kennel cough. so I checked in and got seen 6 hours later. Due to a high volume of emergencys. It was fine though, because they said I could wait at home and they would give me a call when it was almost time for my pup to be seen. After they called I drove back over. he got seen we got the meds he needed, and he's feeling much better now.😄
I took my dog there earlier this month, I declined the xrays (the vet said they werent necessary anyway) and the labs panel to check his liver (just to make sure he would be OK to take the meds they wanted to send him home on) were around $280.
Yes. That's maybe an allergic reaction and could indicate something potentially life threatening. Also in the future call the vet, as Google questions have nothing to do with them (despite the fact that I work there, that's just a coincidence).
No, we do not do vaccines here. We only do emergencies and urgent care.
The urns are sealed to prevent them from accidentally opening. You can call Bubbling Well, the company who performs the cremations, to find out the best way to break the seal. 707-255-3456
