We stopped here on the drive back from Arizona with my mom, husband, and toddler. My toddler had just been released from the hospital, and we were both recovering from a stomach bug. Our server (Xavier?) was really great at first, although fairly unfamiliar with the menu. We’re from Houston where the location shut down, so we were excited. Once we got our food, he actually forgot about us for 20-30 minutes. We asked for the manager, and Xavier came with her. He admitted that he actually did forget about us. But Megan, the manager, took over and discounted our food and gave us a free dessert! My toddler even asked for her to hold her. She was amazing. Thank you, Megan!!!

This place has seen way better days. It’s on its last leg at this point. The food was terrible. Literally they cooked and served me a slice of beef jerky. Even the A1 couldn’t save the meal. Was dry and took forever rto chew down. The salad was red and out of date and the croutons were old rolls that didn’t get eaten I’m supposing with how stale they were. We waited to be seated in the almost empty restaurant for about 8 mins before someone came to greet us. When I sat down I was able to see the hostess doing other persons jobs in the kitchen and because so, people were not being welcomed and sat in a timely manner. The only saving grace for our meal was that the drinks were ok, and the waitress was super nice and attentive.

Had to send our steak back twice for them to get it cooked to medium how we ordered it. The first time it was still mooing when we cut it in half. They brought it back out and we cut each half in half again to find it was cooked to medium rare. Sent it back and you'd think they would just start over with a new steak, but no, out comes all 4 pieces finally cooked how it was ordered. The waitress apologized over and over, but we never saw a manager nor the cook. We will not be going back.

We were greeted and sat quickly. Dominique was our waitress and she was very nice. Restrooms were clean as well as the dinning room floor. 3 of the 4 meals came out ready to eat but my chicken was undercooked to the point it was still raw inside. I brought it to the attention of a young man who quickly removed the plate of food to have it remade. It was cooked well once it came back out. Fried okra was cooked well also. My meal was compted so that was nice although I did not make a stink nor did I ask for it to be. Overall we have an enjoyable and good dinner. We will return.
