AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED IF YOU SEE THIS MESSAGE!!! I booked 2 night stay at a supposedly "beautiful" hotel. My bank card declined the transaction and said I needed to call the merchant and have them to run it back through. I went to google to find the number ONLY to find VERY VERY poor reviews about roaches (which I CANNOT deal with), sticky substances on the bed and was given sheets to change themselves and a gallon of bug spray. This was disturbing! The images on Hotel Tonight were NOT EVEN CLOSE to being the same as the actual hotel. The real images were OLD rooms, completely a different colored ENTIRE hotel, and so forth. Given that my bank had text and emailed me saying they declined the transaction, I was relieved and decided to just book a different hotel Ended up getting a little nervous and called the hotel less than 15 minutes from the time it was booked and spoke to Alecia (night employee) who told me that the transaction actually DID go through, but she would refund me if I didn't want to stay there that they don't make people stay in places they are not pleased about. So, I called Hotel Tonight who I booked the room through, they called the hotel and then Alecia told them that the manager would be there the next AM who could approve the refund. Ultimately, the hotel REFUSED to give me a full refund and so did Hotel They said they would give me one room night credit back and they would charge me for one night!! So, Hotel Tonight ran my credit card a second time WITHOUT my approval and per my bank they CANNOT do this, posted BOGUS images on their site, and they both refused to make this RIGHT! Hope this helps others who may THINK about booking at this hotel or with Hotel Tonight! Dealing with them has been VERY stressful and being on the phone for HOURS only to have NOTHING resolved. I will dispute with my bank and will NEVER use this company again EVER!

When we checked in there were roaches and a weird brown sticky substance on the sheets. When we complained to the front desk, we were told they didn’t have neither room for us, and handed us a gallon jug of bug spray and some sheets. Because it was 10pm when we checked in, we had nowhere else to go. So we stayed the night and asked for a manager at checkout. No manager was available so we left a message and returned their jug of bug spray. Never got a call back. Made a follow up call the next day, left another message - again, no call back. I decided to call booking.com since they facilitated the reservation for us. The agent called the hotel and was told I would be getting a refund. A few weeks pass, no refund so I call booking again. Same thing happens, they call the hotel, the hotel agrees to a refund. A few more weeks pass, still no refund. I call booking again and again the agent calls the hotel. This time the hotel says that they’re not giving me a refund. I ask to speak with a booking supervisor and am transferred. The supervisor calls the hotel again and is told that I have called the hotel several times and was told by a manager that I wasn’t getting a refund. 100% untrue. They also told the booking agent that at checkout I spoke with the manager and agreed to not getting a refund because they weren’t going to charge me the cancellation fee. Again, more lies! I wouldn’t have a reason to cancel if the hotel wasn’t dirty and have roaches! We were in town from Florida for a high school graduation and had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. All in all, this place is a nightmare. Do not book here, do not stay here, just STAY AWAY!

Nothing in the coolers downstairs for purchase. Breakfast was a couple muffins. No plates. Drink machine half way out of order. There were two bus loads of a High School band and they had to go purchase their own breakfast because no forethought into what the morning would entail. The TV didn't work in the room. The lock to the bathroom door in the room didn't work properly. The tub had neither a plug for a bath nor a pull to turn the shower on. Had to plug the tub with an extra towel to take a bath. And the water didn't get hot for the bath. The lights for the pool were broken, so they strobed like a rave. The staff was nice, no real problem with the service. The room was clean and the air was cold. It was fine enough to stay one night, but would have been frustrated if we were staying the whole week.
