ROACHES, MOLD, AND DIRTY ROOMS! This place was absolutely disgusting. We found multiple roaches along with other bugs in the room. They have wet soggy ceilings with mold. My baby was crawling and his knees and feet turned black from how dirty the floors was. Not to mention if you need another key just give a room number no name verification or anything. No sense of safety at all here. False advertising a pool when even the worker says it’s usually closed. The breakfast was the grossest breakfast I’ve ever tasted. I understand it’s cheap but you’d atleast expect cleanliness at a bare minimum. Not to mention my daughter ended up with an infection on her leg from a bug that bite her in their bed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

The hotel was nice and presentable. It was clean and room looked excellent. Room was cool and bed was very comfortable. Service at front desk was nice, very polite, and very helpful. All in all it was one of my better stays in SA. We will stay again. Thank you Quality Inn!

My husband and I are staying here now. Update: They will be fixing door handle and we got to move rooms with a way better door. Thank you for saving us hassle of having to find another place. During the night it was very quiet. The pool was not working at the moment of our stay. About 6 minutes from the river walk and has 4 nearby Catholic Churches. Our Sunday morning breakfast had sausage, eggs, beans, muffins, waffles, yogurt with fixings: chocolate chips and granola. Also danishes, quick oats, apple juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice.

Sheets did not fit the bed (too small so popped off) only gave half a roll of toilet paper in room for a 2 night stay, only 4 chairs total available for 3 tables at breakfast, room not ready until 7:30pm at checkin day, shower barely drained. Definitely not a positive or cleanly experience. Staff was very friendly though.
