Freak accident, they replaced frames and lenses for less that $125. So grateful their warranty was available.

Do you accept Medicaid

We are a provider for some plans but not all; it depends on who your Medicaid plan is through. An Optician at our office can help you determine if your plan is one that we are a provider for.
