The staff is very friendly and helpful. My reason for giving a low rating is due to having issues with my new lenses coming in with the correct prescription on them. I ordered new lenses and one of the lenses was not made properly, they fixed it. I was still having issues with my eyes so the doctor I see changed my prescription again and the last I dealt with was great and helped me exchange the lenses so I didn't have to buy a whole new set but they had to take my frames leaving me with no glasses. I got an update that my glasses came in but had to be sent back because the lenses again were not made correctly. I'm now going to be going 2 or more weeks with my glasses that I need to see. Lens Doctor please see what can be done to ensure that the lab you're working with can have better quality control because I like your office but can't afford to have this happen every time I get new lenses or glasses.

After my first appointment and receiving my glasses the frames fell apart while on my face. Seeing as this was in the first week I took them in to have them fixed or replaced. I was told this was my fault even though all I had done was put them on my face. They then bent and broke the frames more to "fix" them. Refusing to replace them and sending me on my way. They have broken every couple days for the past year. This week I got a text that they automatically scheduled me an appointment for this year. "As a courtesy." A courtesy would have been to fix or replace the frames I just spent hundreds of dollar on and are vital to my sight. Please don't waste your time on this establishment as they do not stand behind their work.

Greta experience at Lens Dr's yesterday. They put up with my incessant questions (I'm a tech and science geek and want to understand everything in detail!). They were even willing to email me images of my retinas, how cool is that! Very professional yet friendly staff.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PRICE GOUGERS... If I could give zero stars I would. I paid almost $800 dollars for a pair of presipt readers (400 for lens / 375 for overpriced frames). They convinced me that their manufacturing process that produces the lens is far superior than any competitor... If the wind blew the lenses would scratch... try to return , forget it, we don't warranty scratches. Fast forward 2 years later, new exam, new presciption needed but my frames are still good. Price for new lens only $675, yup $675 because I didnt want to buy another set of frames they jacked the lens price way up... total price gouge... they are thieves, stay away, their process is no better than anyone else. buy your glasses online like I will do... scammmers
