Excellent customer service, both during busy peak hours and late in the evening when the store is dead & closing for the night. The people working the sales floor AND cash register were so cool, calm, very helpful, and weren't pushy to make a sale or to get me out of the store due to closing within minutes. Items can be a bit pricey, but I also feel a lot of merchandise was priced fairly, plus I'm told there's coupons flooding the internet, too.
