Midwest Vision Center has incredible staff. The doctor on sight of awesome. She was kind and friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted in glasses but the staff helped me to figure it out. They have a lot of name brand glasses. They had glasses to fit just about every budget. The staff was very helpful in helping me find the glasses I needed. In fact. I ended up buying both my regular glasses, but sun glasses as well! I have never had a prescription pair of sunglasses before. I didn’t realize they were so affordable! My glasses came in record time, even during a pandemic. They are comfortable, sturdy, and I have had tons of compliments on them! This was my first experience with Midwest Vision Center, but I am hooked! Will be going there for all of my vision needs in the future!

Best service in town! Both my husband and I have worn glasses most of our lives. We've shopped around for best Dr.s and prices. (Let me say you really do get what you pay for!) Management and staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We never have to wait long when scheduling an appointment, and because the lenses are crafted elsewhere don't mind waiting for the glasses. (usually about 10 days) Any small adjustments are cheerfully made anytime we ask. We have never been dissatisfied and will continue using Midwest Vision in Minot.

If I could do negative stars I would. Ordered glasses in February it is now June and still NO glasses. Jen and Miriam ordered the wrong pair/color. so when I came to pick up the glasses they were not the right color. Jen said Oh I'm sorry let me fix that right away. A week later no call. For the past 4 months ALL follow up has only been initiated by me. The manger has made no effort to call and see what the issue was nor has the disreputable manufacturer made any effort to give notification of availability. Every time I called she would "be out of the office", Miriam would say. I asked for a refund and Jan said that would be another month. Don't waste your time with these people. Their poor customer service and mediocre selection are not worth the hassle.
