I would NOT recommend this store for buying glasses. They sized me incorrectly 1st visit and Sold me glasses that didn’t come in the size needed, which were WAY overpriced. But I wouldn't have minded paying if I loved them. (That’s not my complaint) Then when I had to bring back because they caused redness behind my ears( not sized correctly ) And design didn’t come in my size so I had to settle for a pair, pay another $40 more, for ones I didn’t even like! Every time I went in I dealt with a new person (3) Customer service was terrible!

You would think what's there to rate for an optician shop. A lot! These people are awesome. Right from the reception desk all the way to Dr.Kipp, very helpful staff. The eye test experience was good (for a change). The customer service, considering, we had a loud toddler baby with us, was very good and they were patient with us. They even provided with some board books for baby to engage in. Good price and style selections for glasses. Very quick turn around time on new glasses and fixing old ones. This place is part of strip mall in the same line as Chipotle. Parking is free and easy. Must recommend if you need eye test and glasses!

I had a great experience at Sterling Optical in Clifton Park. This is my second time getting glasses from here. I worked directly with Morgan, and the doctor, to find the right prescription and the perfect frames. My glasses had to be ordered and came in less than a week later. Super easy process! I will keep coming back here every year for an exam and new glasses.
