The manager Jose don’t do his job. They need to replace him. They barely have housekeepers the room was nasty nothing clean. There is a old lady that works there that you can’t even ask her as soon you ask for towels or some service to your room she give you attitude and very rude. You pay for a good room and to have good night sleep but in those conditions you can’t. If you replaced management it could be a better hotel. Never again🤮👎🏻.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located by highway exit. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Our room was perfect except for the air conditioning. Very dated system that was extremely loud throughout the night.

The entire team made my stay at the Marriott an amazing experience! From the managers overnight and day shift, they had my back 200%. Especially Mckenzie, his customer service was truly exceptional. From requested towels to his fingers licking good chicken wings he responded to my needs with a polite, positive, and professional demeanor I can say without a doubt "He IsThe Man"! Can't forget the breakfast bistro ladies , Marsha and Sarah, both were great with getting my day off to a great start. Last but not least Sherry the the room care associate made up my room like it was the first day I entered it. All in all the week I spent there was absolutely terrific, thanks to all the associates at the Marriott in Clifton Park n.y! Gerald R Medford

Super clean and friendly. Typical Marriott property. The pool chemicals were a bit overbearing tho. Wonder how often it's checked in winter.
