Ordered a water heater online. Checked the boxes for delivery and that a signature was needed at time of delivery. Once delivery box was checked it said we would get a 30 minute warning before item arrived. Get home only to find out that the water heater was delivered to our front porch (the main reason we ordered delivery was so they could bring water heater to basement for us). When I called to complain that we never were given the 30 minute warning phone call, that we were less than 10 miles away and that we weren’t there to give a signature, I was told that it showed there was a signature at the time of delivery. I told them their delivery person lied and forged our signature (a felony) because we were not home-we were working. Left me on hold for twenty minutes plus as they were trying to get the Manager to answer the call. Nothing. Took my name down and of course I never received a call. Absolute horrible customer service.

Awful customer service that needs to be looked into. Lani was incredibly rude and unkind. She didn’t want to do anything and even forgot a piece of my order. Every time we come in, as very long time customers, she always seems disgusted by us. My parents don’t speak English well so I mostly speak for them, and she was not happy. Really needs to be reevaluated. Lani was so unhappy that we are customers. Absolutely gross

Always satisfied with the personal service I receive. The self check out stations are not providing adequate check out services due to the need to re-scan items when issues arise.

We were very disappointed with our visit today. We were purchasing bark mulch and while the price was awesome, there was no way to purchase the mulch that was on sale online for pick up. The clerk did offer to have someone help us load our 20 bags, but we waited 10 minute and no one came. We are so grateful to a complete stranger that was not an employee of Home Depot that offered to help us load when he saw us struggling.

Safety dividers at checkout , wiping down surfaces after use and maintaining 6 rt distance when possible making shopping safe and fast . Team members may also be seen wearing gloves by own preference, along with cdc regulated mask wearing . And employees continue to wash hands after using the restroom .
All you have to do it's bring your receipt bring the credit card you used and tell him what you want and there's no reason they shouldn't be able to just put it together and give you that extended warranty you're looking for but go to the customer service desk they'll be able to do it much faster for you
Iam sure their is. But would dependent on type of material your looking for.
I believe you can do either. You can call the store and they would best be able to assist you.
