Bought a dress for a wedding party, the dresses came late and the wrong color. When going for the fitting I said that the dress seemed a little tight on the arms, to which the reply was don't tell me how to do my job. I'm now noticing the dress was WAY too long and I had to have someone do a quick stitch to not have me tripping on the dress down the isle. It seems like others have had this issue so buyer beware.

My dress was the wrong color, and when they altered it, they added insane padding to my chest because they couldn't make it fit me correctly. They are awful at helping you with an appropriate size to order. They also wait until the last minute to get the dress so that if something goes wrong (like the wrong color), there is no time to fix it.

I bought my wedding dress from Jocelynns a few months ago and had an incredible experience. They were very busy, but I never felt rushed or not prioritized. The girl that helped me was so sweet and addressed any concerns I had about certain dresses. I ordered in February and my dress was in by April so I was ecstatic about that. Today I went in to try my dress on again and bring my mom shopping for her dress. The woman there today was AMAZING. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and overall incredibly helpful. Every employee I have interacted with has been professional and genuinely caring and I'm so so glad I got my wedding dress from them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After trying to look past some very rude comments while shopping (who brings a baby)... We still gave them a shot and that was a mistake they never ordered bridesmaid dresses when paid for until months later when we called to check on them & now shipping is delayed at minimum another 2 weeks. The man we have dealt with on several occasions has not been helpful or the least bit apologetic. I would buy a dress from family dollar before ever purchasing another from this place!
