I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Albany. They are professional, fair and communicate thoroughly. At the home office, Steve and Joy are professional, honest, fair dealing and transparent. They were honest about what could be done and the best solutions to resolve the issue. Especially in this post-Covid supply chain environment. In the field: they arrive on time. Their technicians are meticulous, treat your property with respect and deliver results as if it were their own house. My door springs needed replacement. And God knows the thing screeched loudly. They special ordered springs, and when installed, the tech went over and above to repair alignment and worn bearings to ensure that the door is totally silent. I don’t think a lube alone would have solved it. Jeremy knew his stuff, was polite, professional and a fella who cares about delivering quality to his customers. He clearly cared and wanted to exceed expectations. You may find a company who will do as well, but you won’t find one who will do better. I say, give them a call: you won’t be disappointed. Great work by the installer team led by Bernie, super thorough and did great work. In the day of supply issues, expect to wait a while for a new door, its just the way the world is right now. I had a great experience from the original quote dealing with Jason, to scheduling the install with Cassandra to the install team led by Bernie.

Outstanding service. Damaged garage door. Called around 12:30 pm. Joe was very friendly and quick to gather pertinent information. Technician arrived a little after 1:00 pm. He made a number of repairs and was completed by 1:45 pm. Very friendly and quick to diagnose The problems and remedy them. I highly recommend lill. I have been in the construction industry for 40 years. Without a doubt, Lill is one of the best!!
