I have shipped through your location and always found it to be easy and the staff friendly. Today I went to Staples for a print job, and within seconds of poor customer service walked out the door, I recalled that your store was around the corner and did do copy work. I has a great experience from the 1st moment I came in and explained my needs. I then met Rachel Wise, she listened to my needs and quickly worked with me to get my order made, complete and I was back to work from lunch in a timely manner. It is harder and harder these days to find quality customer service, I only hope all of your employees emulate the performance I observed today by Ms Wise.

I recently went to the UPS Store in Clifton Park, and the individual behind the counter, Rachel, was above and beyond in many ways! She even called me to confirm my packages were going to the correct people. She cared enough !! Besides that, she was uber nice and knew all the answers to all the questions I had!! She is GREAT!!

Super helpful. Wonderful customer service - they supplied a quote quickly and gave me shipping options. I had them ship a large framed (with glass) painting across country. The packing job was first rate; the picked it up from an auction gallery and shipped it to me very quickly.

Great help in returning telephones ordered online. I only had a code printed on paper since I don't use a smart phone. No problem for them. They handled it quickly and gave me a receipt which will secure the refund. friendly service and the social distances marked on the floor!
