What a wonderful experience I had looking for a Washer ,dryer and dishwasher at Mannys. I walked in not really knowing what I was doing and I was approached by Dave right away. What a knowledgeable, forth coming and kind sales man. I usually feel intimidated because I really have no idea what to really ask but Dave made me feel very comfortable. He even came to my house to measure because I wasn't really sure my measurements were precise. My husband came back with me the next evening and Dave again greeted us with a smile. There was a dishwasher that I liked that another customer had first dibbs on and Dave remembered that I really liked it and said "By the way, we're getting that dishwasher back in stock this week." I was so excited. Dave could have sold me a floor sample but he knew how much I loved the dishwasher. So, I recommend you see Dave at Manny's if you want a great experience, someone who knows his stuff, great prices and warm smile. Ordered a 42 in Dacor Refrigerator. Because of supply issues it took some time. Manny's was great in keeping me informed of the progress of receiving the Dacor. Also, there was problem with the shipping and installation, and it was quickly resolved by Manny's to my satisfaction. Thursday August 4, I stopped in the Canton location to inquire about replacement product, specifically Miehle vac bags/filters, because I had purchgased the vacuum at that location when it was under previous ownership. There was no one in the store. I went to the service desk, the gentleman behind it was looking down at the desktop, did not raise his head to say hello or even greet me. I stood there for at least 2 minutes with no recognition of my presence at all. Finally, he asked what I wanted and told me Miehle products are not sold there under the new ownership. Granted this was a potential small purchase, but why would I return to buy appliances when the staff can't even greet you or say "I wikll be with you momentarily".

Our store requires masks for both employees and customers. Hand sanitizer is readily available for all to use in addition to practicing social distancing.
