Re: brand spanking new Bosch unit with constant issues Communication is severely lacking. If you get the wrong person on the phone, they'll serve you attitude for being any kind of frustrated with your situation. Not helpful. Do NOT recommend this company for your needs. We replaced a 14 yo system, after having zero issues in the years since I purchased this property. We've had to call at least once per quarter to fix the same part. They did not keep you updated or keep their records straight. They are understaffed and do not have the infrastructure to support all the service calls they get. Aaaaaand they youse for products that don't even fulfill the sales pitch. Their prices and policies are NOT in your best interest and the experience could add significant hassle and hardship for your household. Go local. Find a small business with solid history. These guys absolutely took advantage of pregnant me while my husband was out of town and I had three littles with temps at 20° outside and no family nearby. The local guy acts human and follows through. RUN AWAY!
