No one answers the phone ever and its nearly impossible to find someone working when going for mail pickup and/or issues.

Place is horrible.. I was helped by Daphne who ignored the appointment time I made weeks ahead of time and took a whole family of 4 in front of me because I needed help filling out a small section of with my passport papers. If I have an appointment any help needed should be included in the appointment since NOBODY answers the phone when you call for help either. I feel sorry for the elderly or anybody needing a little bit of assistance with their first passport.

Very unprofessional and almost seemed like a joke, called out for work, scheduled appointment over a month ahead of time, missed work to attend my appointment only to sit outside of the building for a hour to be was informed they “only have 1 person who does passports and she’s not coming in today”, hahaha what a joke, no rescheduled appointment just left hanging dry, keep in mind you may be done very dirty if you choose to trust this office!

This is for passport renewal only. My family and I had outstanding services for passport renewal processing at this place. We had an appointment (Please get an appointment), showed up and we’re taken as soon as she was done with the person before us. We came ready though….with folders of applications, photos, copies of all the certs/DL that they needed and checkbook for fees. The processing lady was super friendly, knowledgeable of the processes and had a great sense of humor. 3 of us were in and out of there less than 30 mins. And a little over a month later (today Oct 4, 2021) our passports arrived… Can’t be more pleased. All their info (hours, docs required and instructions) are online…We just have to do our parts to help make it easier for the clerk to do her tasks.

No don't waste your time they gonna tell you to make a appointment.
Talk to ur landlord if is the old mailboxes, because the post office doesn't own those boxes. Sometimes is faster 2 go to home depot and buy a lock for 5dlls.. and changed it ur self..
Yes.

Old passport, or birth certificate, and you can apply there with an appointment at this time.
No, the Riverfront Annex doesn't have PO Boxes. You would have to go to Hillcrest PO or the John Adams PO on Adams. I don't think any of them are 24 hrs. Hope that helps. The clerk's can give you all the details.
Saturday the window is open from 10:30am-2:00pm.
That's just how they are there. Don't go there if you don't have a passport appointment cause you will be wasting your time.
Your divorce papers would probably be more useful, but the old ID might be enough. You should probably call them directly to ask, or just go back in if it's not too far out of the way.
