I have been seeing a trend of the same employee very combative and yelling. She even Threatened to not send my package today. And also talked down to a 80+ year old just asking a question.

Yesterday they locked doors 3 minutes before closing. I have packages to quickly drop off for my business. Lisa is awesome tho.

Always have had good service here - I've had a PO Box here for the last six years and I'm probably one of those problem customers not because I complain but because I fail to pick up my mail in a timely manner due to my travel schedule and they are very helpful and accommodating in getting my mail to me. The staff is very friendly and the line is generally move very quickly

Unprofessional. I received a letter that PO Box rates are going up, however, they don't say in the letter what the new rates are. How ridiculous? Why tell me rates are going up and not tell me the new rates? What? I just called the Rancho Bernardo Post Office and asked what the new rates are and the woman answering says oh let me get a clerk and put me on hold....and NEVER came back to the phone. I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Now I've been calling for 20 minutes and the phone just rings and rings and rings and now it stopped ringing and just hung up. Is there no one there answering the phone???? It's only 3pm in the afternoon...Is there not one employee there at the post office???? Unbelievable...
