Friendly, helpful staff. Sometimes slow, but nothing out of the ordinary. Good location, easy parking.

Terrible, dishonest, customer service. Clerk clearly messed up on sending my package, it was returned back to me and the supervisor took no blame and said “we’re going to go back in circles nothing is going to happen, you gotta pay for it again to resend” don’t come here if you have to send something!

Some of their staff is friendly but the manager of this post office is the rudest person you can think of. He closes the P.O. Box lobby about 5 minutes before closing time. Even though I’m a regular because I run an e commerce store, he closed the door multiple times on my face. It’s not okay to close the lobby room earlier and it’s just bad customer service overall to shut and lock a glass doors on anybody’s face refusing service to a customer who just want to pick up mail in the P.O. Box (granted even if its 5 minutes before closing time, it’s not closing time!). Especially to a repeat customers. In these moments you need a lot of self control trust me!

Been to this post office many times and have never been impressed with the customer service. But today I was especially blown away with how condescending Abel was. I came in today to mail a package and ask about a missing package. Instead of helping me or at least attempting to, he simply wrote down the address for a different post office and completely dismissed me. Quite literally said, “next customer” and summoned the next person in line. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this post office.

The post office in Hillcrest does not offer passport services but an appointment is strongly recommended at other locations,
I think the only way to do that if it's your mail, is to put a hold and then pick it up from the post office. If it's someone else using your address, you can report it to the post office and they might be able to do something, not sure.
If you have tracking on the package you can try to contact the location of where it is at this moment.
No they don't do that there they used to but not anymore
Yes they do
USPS.com you can do it here. It'll cost you a $1.05 on debit or credit card. Otherwise, fill out a card at the Post Office.
