Ive been waiting for my package to deliver since December 12th, and since the 17th it still says my package is in transit and arriving late. Also, the automated call is now help at all, I just want to know where my package is, and what day is it going to arrive now. It was supposed to be here on the 18th. I wish i could put a 0 rating.

Male customer service rep today was very rude. I asked what the weight of my package was. I began being lectured on not being able to use the box with the label I had. I let them know I didn't ask that, had to find weight by letting him argue and attempt to charge me 20.00 I thank them and try to leave, but am belittled by the rep stating, I don't listen as he walks away in attempt to have a last word. Yelled your customer service sucks! Cause it does! And left.

No appointment is necessary when you renew a passport. Passport renewals are only done through the mail not in person anymore. This particular post office has the renewal forms.
To my knowledge everything passport related at that location has to be done with an appointment. If you are in a rush, the passport office at SDSU does walk in and is open on Saturdays
No, however; AAA does for $5 or Costco. You'll receive your passport pictures immediately.

You certainly can and it's not difficult. I have done it multiple times. I can attest that cancelation of said appointments is fairly easy as well.
