I normally don't leave reviews but I've had enough of certain clerks at this location. Had an issue before where I dropped off a package in the drop off bin and the package ended up lost. The lady with the long black hair told me that I should have brought it to the window and got a drop off receipt. Okay? The various other times I tried doing that, she would give me an attitude to just use the drop off bin. Such a miserable and rude person.

Well, happy impending holiday season for shipping and the ol' USPS. If the postal service employee who greeted (read as verbally berated) me while I dropped off pre-labeled packages celebrates a quasi-religious holiday wherein a portly fellow delivers packages, and for some reason this season these packages happened to be sent via USPS rather than sleigh, I can possibly understand the workplace demeanor as the sheer amount of coal backlogged and waiting to be delivered to this staff member's residence must be invariably daunting. And don't forget to tack on this year's conveniently added holiday season package surcharges. I run an ecommerce business and fulfill online orders; I am a conduit for packages/parcels and ship almost exclusively through USPS- a sheer joy I might add. This compels me to cross paths with the illustrious disgruntled postal worker from time to time, and rarely do I stop to really think about my interactions, but I did today because of how jarring the whole experience was. It warms my heart to know that a postal service employee gets paid to yell at and belittle customers. I'll keep this memory near and dear to me at my after-dinner fireside tea-time. I mean, I might be going out on a limb here by suggesting all people have emotional responses to stressors and work... I generally choose to project my issues verbally at passing cloud cover or red stoplights rather than people I do not know. Does this particular post office fail to nurture the sufficient level of endorphins required to maintain basic human social interactions? You be the judge, there are plenty of other glowing customer service reviews here. Maybe we as a community should chip in and get the staff some stress balls. 2 Stars for the actual mail service, the mailperson who I deal with on the route is exceptionally kind and reliable, I have nothing but positives to say in that regard. Subsequently redacted to one star because that's not really what is being reviewed. Should the need arise to visit a postal service location, as it undoubtedly will, I suggest elsewhere with highly recommended specific intent.

I do not understand what is so hard about complexes for these people. Consistently we received mail either for the wrong building or unit number OR BOTH. A lot of times my mail got lost. I called to ask what happened and they said they will investigate and call back. Later my neighbor gave me my order who mistakenly received it and USPS still hasn't called me back 2 months later. Also remember handing mail to the mail person to return to sender with it written on the envelope clearly and she simply put it back in our mail box. Always have to drive up here for lost items and the staff is usually unfriendly. If you live in a complex using this post office, do yourself a favor and have your stuff shipped to a friend. This place is a joke.

Yes since it shouldn't matter which USPS you return (reject) it to. They can't force customers to use a particular facility for the rejection of a package. I've rejected items from this facility and they were rude, but they did scan the label and took the package in the back. Make sure you bring your ID with you and be prepared for rude attitude commands like "ID" (meaning please show me your ID), and no "please" nor "thank you" at all, and no receipt either.
Yes Saturday only and for half a day
