Gwen went above and beyond to assist me at the end of the business day on a Friday! It meant so much to me and I hope Gwen gets some sort of recognition for truly caring about his customers!

I have a different mailman recently and this is the third day I’ve scheduled for a pickup and he hasn’t picked them up. He just drops mail into mailboxes and leaves.

Postal workers at the front desk are awesome, super friendly and helpful. Postal workers on my route are a different story. Lost my VA medication multiple times and offered no assistance in recovering lost deliveries. Always leave my packages in the grass and dirt near the sidewalk instead of dropping them off at my front door.

Terrible service, driver misscans or misdelivers my packages 3 times within a week, call customer service and wait on line for about 40 minutes, just for them to say they will get back to me within 72 hours, package was not delivered to mailbox as scan suggest or key to locker left.Hopefully if he put in wrong box person is honest. Mailman delivered incorrect units mail to wrong boxes almost all the time. customer service is not helpful.

Questions & Answers

Do you have the informed delivery daily service? I moved from Oaklawn Ave #7 , I used to get that service at that address.. Do you have that service? I have to reregister for this zip code.

If your already registered, I believe you just have to change your address.

The process is VERY simple; The US post offices have an official form that you need to go get, fill it out, sign it & return it. Hope this helps.
