Cute little post office with friendly workers but their hours are a nightmare for those of us who work 8-5. Why not stay open later if there are staff working there anyway? It isnt 1952. This is why postal service should be outsourced.

Went into this post office today to mail a package with a pre-printed label. I walked to the post office and did not bring my wallet as I didn't need to pay for anything. When I arrived, a girl who was not very friendly or helpful told me that I needed to put my things in a priority mail package and then tape it up. I put my things in an envelope and then asked her if they had tape for me to tape my shipping label to my envelope. She proceeded to tell me that they don't provide tape, or tape things up for people and that if I wanted to, I could buy packaging tape for $4. Seriously? Nice try but no thank you. Postal Annex and other local post offices are more friendly BY FAR and they at least provide TAPE! The amount of frustration and anger that you make your customers feel by trying to save money is ridiculous.

You can replace the lock. Take off the one on the mailbox and take it to the HomeDepot with you to compare. You want to make sure you get the right one. God luck 😊
No off street parking for the P.O., but there are parking spots and the library. You walk to Sunset Cuffs and then around back.

Sorry to hear that. If you go in to the front counter and let an employee know your address and the problem, they can very likely help. Alternatively, you can call 1-800-ASK-USPS and get help.
