This post office is where I pick up my mails. But my experience last week with Debbie Saturday, August 6 is totally difference from my experience on July 22 with unknown Postal worker, was forced to pick up large package that was a wrong shipment. The same postal worker was working on Saturday with Debbie on August 6, at the cashier counter. I don’t know her name but the post office will know who she is. She forced me to pick up large package that was a wrong shipment to the post office on July 22. When I told her that this is a wrong order that I will not take it. She said to me you must take it and to deal with it. I was astonished and disbelief at her statement. She was nasty and unprofessional. She supposed to be working at the back office sorting and picking up mails not at the front counter. The wrong order that I was forced to pick up on July 22 is still seating in my house will be donated or give away per insurance company. Another large package was placed at the postal box this time with a key placed in my box. Second shipment order that was a wrong order. I stand in line and encounter with Debbie. I told Debbie that this is not what my doctor ask the insurance company to order for me. Same thing I told postal worker on July 22. Debbie was professional and took the wrong shipment back from me to be ship back to the sender. Debbie is the type of person the postal office need to work at the front counter. She has the highest and professional manner to represent the postal worker. All the bad reviews may be because of the lady that encountered with me on July 22. Thanks Debbie.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional , all of them, the people who work here look sleep deprived and wont take the time to check if your package is even there. They will waste your time here, if you’re reading this go to a different USPS in sake of your mental health.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. This is the only post office my husband and I have used for the past two years and they’ve always been friendly, quick, and helpful. You’re not going to the post office to make a new friend and hang out, you’re going there to send mail… they’re good at that.

Very unprofessional no customer service. She would not let me borrow a pen to write an address for a few seconds. The Attitude and the response ( I only have one pen. What am I gonna write with?) Thank you so much for your customer service Karen.
