The owner and his family employees are very dishonest. Do not trust this place. They also overcharge and cheat you. These people will cause you problems. Do not trust these people they will steal some of your property when you least expect it. This is a family business and the old man let his sons to treat customers really bad and don't say anything .

If you receive an urgent package don't expect to be able to pick it up the same day, is their policy. I was there waiting because one guy told me that at 4 pm all the Amazon stuff will be ready and then another guy told me that until 6 pm. And they charge for every package and every day day you have your package there. I'm looking for other options.

I used to go pick up basically everyday. They charge monthly fee plus couple dollars for all items, which is fine if it is a reasonable price, but even not so big box, they charge oversized price. and it is more expensive than the UPS store near there. Also, they charge additional $1 dollar for the credit card use. I believe it is illegal in CA. However, most of of the employees are nice except for the skinny one.
