Absolutely horrible service. Waited for 30+ minutes asking for my son to go up a couple times and check if order is ready. Finally I go up and ask and they say oh yeah it’s here. I asked did you all announce the order she says I don’t know then turns around and asks the person behind her and he shrugs. I take my food and go .btw it’s a good burger but not that good (20 bucks for 2 burgers) Suggestion to smash burger take a lesson from your competition In n Out. They have it down to a science both service and quality of food. The line doesn’t lie.

not sure if this place deserves 2 but definitely not more than 2.5. I tried this place so you don’t have to- take my word for it The Oreo shake is not nearly as good as the one from jack in the box which is just ok. The burger- is probably not as good as McDonald’s The service is definitely the best part of this place

Wow - and I thought “In & Out” was good… just wait until you try Smashburger. Fresh ingredients, excellent bun, beef 100 % yummy. Every time I go the Burgers are perfectly made ( not just thrown together ). You won’t be disappointed & will probably make Smashburger your new #1 choice. Staff is always pleasant !

Amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME! Highly, HIGHLY recommend the new Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger 🤤🤤🤤 I added lettuce and tomato. 👌🏾 Unbelievably delicious! And both the Smash Fries and sweet potato fries are top notch as well!!
