Due to bad experiences with previous dentist, I had been prolonging this visit but I’m so glad I finally came in…front desk ladies were really friendly and greeted me right away…. the doctor and his assistant were very sweet and patient with me, loved how they were talking to me one on one, they took the time to explain everything and showed me how things were gonna be done and answered all my questions…but what I loved the most was that the doctor was honest enough to recognize what he could and could not do…I felt very comfortable and will be going back to get some work done!! Totally recommend this place… 10/10

I would rate zero stars if I could. I regret getting my braces here so much. First of all, at the beginning of the treatment they told me it would be 18 months and it’s been 27 months now!! Every time I get a teeth cleaning I lose a bracket and it’s such a struggle to get an appointment to get it back on! They never have appointments available sooner than a month and that just keeps delaying the treatment because I can’t wear my rubber bands. I’m very unsatisfied by this clinic, I wish I would have known how unprofessional they are so I didn’t get my braces with them.

Hi Reynaldo, it all depends on what kind of pain you feel. If you feel sensitivity if it is normal, it will take some time for the tooth or teeth to get used to the material. Hello Lizzet, we do accept children of all ages, however the child must be cooperative with the dentist. Our dentists are very warming and love working with children, they will always try to make them feel as comfortable as possible. The American Dental Association recommends that children have their first consultation with an Orthodontist at age 7, so we see many children at Risas Dental every day.
