It's closed now for remodeling, but once it's done and opening I think January 01 I'll be back because it's a good place to exercise and meet good people. They have senior rates as well

Only Taekwondo is offered for kids 8 and older. Not karate specifically. If you have questions about the Taekwondo classes you can call the Eagle Pointe Rec Center at 303-289-3789.
Five dollars to buy card and four dollars per person a day
12-13 for the track and low intensity areas, 14 and up for the high intensity areas(free weights, cable machines, etc.
